Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use roundsoldier.property and the services Roundsoldier Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Roundsoldier Tree Service Does

Roundsoldier Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We put homeowners in touch with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We also make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@roundsoldier.property.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Roundsoldier Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Roundsoldier Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
